*Note: After the item arrives in your country it has been known to take between 2-4 weeks to clear customs. These delays are completely out of our control and are decided by customs in each individual country.

Returns 

All sales will be final. We are unfortunately unable to offer any returns. However, if our item becomes faulty within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please contact us at hello@zbyzo.com and we will be happy to assist you with a solution.

Clean it with the dry cloth providedStore your jewellery in a sealed bag, also provided by us. Remove your ZBYZO piece when using perfume, lotions, showering and exercising.
